Blanchard River Broadcasting’s Full Service/WFIN (1330am, Findlay) recently received FCC approval to add a 250 watt FM translator: W238CX. WFIN signed on in 1941, and added 24 hour service in 1989 (with only 79 watts at night). The FM translator will sign on later this year.
