Raycom’s CBS affiliate/WOIO-TV (Channel 19, Shaker Heights) and MyNetwork affiliate WUAB-TV (Channel 43, Lorain) welcomes Ian Rubin as their new News Director. Previously, Mr. Rubin worked as News Director for WNEM-TV in the Saginaw, Michigan market. He’s no stranger to the Buckeye State — Before joining WNEM-TV, he worked in Dayton as News Director for WKEF-TV.
